My Contributions

As Online Marketing Manager, I owned social media strategy and execution for the flagship 1-800-FLOWERS.COM brand while also serving as an internal consultant across the broader brand portfolio.

  • Managed social media strategy and digital marketing across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat for one of the nation's leading floral and confectionery retailers.

  • Led monthly enterprise-wide social media strategy sessions, advising eight brands across the portfolio on best practices and performance optimization.

  • Transformed the brand's content strategy by shifting from polished product photography to authentic user-generated content, significantly increasing engagement and brand relatability.

  • Directed a 15–20 person Social Monitoring team during peak holiday seasons, managing high-profile interactions with celebrities, influencers, and VIPs.

  • Selected for the Emerald Program, a competitive leadership development initiative recognizing high-potential employees across the enterprise.
