Managed a $10K–$12K monthly ad budget across paid social and search, optimizing spend to maximize lead volume and ROI — including a Meta awareness campaign that achieved a $0.22 CPC and 5.62% CTR, driving 17.5K new local website visitors.
Designed and implemented automated sales and marketing workflows tracking the full customer journey from lead acquisition through onboarding and retention.
Built analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track marketing and sales KPIs, delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights to guide leadership decisions.
Partnered with clinical providers to produce short-form educational video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, and developed long-form SEO blog content for patient education.
Owned website strategy including landing page creation, form optimization, and UX improvements to support lead generation and conversion goals.
